has contacted doctoral students who are close to finishing their
dissertations for practice job talks. Hyung Sook will give a practice job
talk on Monday.
colloquium may take place the 1st week of March; Dana will
double check with Dr. Steffe. If Steffe wants participants to read a paper
for attending, maybe we could have a ŇreadingÓ meeting for MESA members to
meet and discuss the reading before the colloquium.

9: Paul Cobb—This is the big spring colloquium. Maybe we could have
a lunch at the Georgia Center and possibly a potluck dinner that night.
(We may need to move this to a week later; this coincides with NCTM.)

seminar this summer. They could team up with Sandy and Kaycie at GCTM.

we have decided could be thrown out.

know we want to keep.

Nick will also create a flyer to post in Begles Library asking for help.

gift certificates ($100): we can buy books, other ideas? Navigations

sale for the spring? LEA or NCTM? Kyle will contact LEA and decide which
book sale to have.

election process. We need to start rewriting/listing all the components of

we have TME and MESA mugs to give AEs and board members if they donŐt have
them; we also need to think about the end of the year TME AE dinner.
meetings: Feb. 20, March 26, April 23 at 8:30am. The May meeting will be a
meeting of outgoing and newly elected board members. MESA will likely
provide a meal for this meeting.
