Review the duties sheets for each officer
chair – We were going to put the DVDs of the colloquia on the web;
however, at the NCTM affiliates’ meeting, this practice was questioned. We
need to look into whether or not we can put the videos on the web.
– Keep secretary as the webmaster but take
off the library responsibilities.
co-chair: Organize food, drinks, video (start to finish), and helping set
up the room for colloquia.
